This page explains how to delete your account on worXwap — the skill-exchange app for iPhone and Android and the website worxwap.com, operated by worXwap合同会社 (worXwap LLC) — and what happens to your data when you do.
1. Delete your account in the app
You can delete your account yourself, at any time, in the worXwap app (iPhone or Android) or on worxwap.com:
- Sign in to worXwap.
- Open your Profile.
- Tap the ⋮ menu at the top of your profile.
- Tap Delete account.
- Type your username to confirm, then tap Delete forever.
Your account is deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.
2. Cancel Premium first
Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel it first: if you subscribed on the website, with Manage subscription on your plan page at worxwap.com; if you subscribed in the app, in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
3. Without the app: ask us by email
If you cannot sign in any more, or prefer not to use the app, email privacy@worxwap.com from the email address registered to your account, with your username, and ask us to delete your account. We may ask for information to confirm that the account is yours. We delete it within 30 days.
4. What is deleted
- Your sign-in account and your profile: name, username, photo, bio, skills and portfolio.
- Your deal cards and short videos, your swaps, your messages and your reviews.
- Your call history, the words you saved in call transcripts, call summaries, and your call and chat settings.
- Your AI voice. The deletion is also sent to Cartesia, the service that made it.
- Translations of your messages, and the push-notification tokens of your devices.
5. What is kept, and why
- A record that the account was deleted — its user ID, username and the time — in our internal audit log, so that account actions stay traceable.
- Moderation and safety records: reports you filed or that were filed about you, and the decisions on them, with the usernames at the time, so that enforcement stays auditable.
- Billing records: we and Stripe keep the records of web payments for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Purchases made in the App Store or Google Play are kept by Apple or Google under their own terms.
- Anonymized swap records and reviews may be kept where other members’ histories depend on them — without your name or profile.
- Files you uploaded (photos, videos, attachments) may remain on our storage and content-delivery network after their records are deleted. Email privacy@worxwap.com and we will erase them.
- Translations of public content (deals, profiles, shorts, reviews) are stored under a fingerprint of the text, linked to no account, and are deleted once they have not been used for 90 days.
- Anthropic, which makes the AI translations, keeps what it received for up to 30 days for safety monitoring and then deletes it.

1. アプリでアカウントを削除する
アカウントは、worXwapアプリ（iPhone・Android）またはworxwap.comから、いつでもご自身で削除できます。
- worXwapにログインします。
- プロフィールを開きます。
- プロフィール上部の⋮メニューをタップします。
- 「アカウントを削除」をタップします。
- 確認のためユーザー名を入力し、「完全に削除」をタップします。
アカウントはただちに削除されます。元に戻すことはできません。
2. 先にプレミアムプランを解約してください
アカウントを削除しても、プレミアムプランは解約されません。先に解約してください。ウェブサイトでご契約の場合はworxwap.comのプランのページの「プランを管理」から、アプリ内でご契約の場合はApp StoreまたはGoogle Playのサブスクリプション設定から解約できます。
3. アプリを使わずに削除を依頼する（メール）
ログインできなくなった場合や、アプリを使いたくない場合は、アカウントに登録されたメールアドレスから、ユーザー名を添えて privacy@worxwap.com までアカウントの削除をご依頼ください。ご本人であることを確認するため、追加の情報をお願いすることがあります。30日以内に削除します。
4. 削除されるもの
- ログイン用のアカウントとプロフィール（氏名、ユーザー名、写真、自己紹介、スキル、ポートフォリオ）
- 条件カードとショート動画、スワップ、メッセージ、レビュー
- 通話の履歴、通話の文字起こしに保存したご自身の発言、通話の要約、通話・チャットの設定
- AIボイス（作成元のCartesiaにも削除を依頼します）
- メッセージの翻訳、および端末のプッシュ通知用トークン
5. 保持されるものとその理由
- アカウントが削除されたことの記録（ユーザーID、ユーザー名、日時）：アカウントに関する操作を追跡できるよう、当社の内部監査ログに保持します。
- モデレーションおよび安全に関する記録：ご自身が行った通報、ご自身についての通報、およびそれらへの対応を、当時のユーザー名とともに保持します。対応の適正さを検証できるようにするためです。
- 請求に関する記録：ウェブでのお支払いの記録は、税務・会計上の法令が定める期間、当社およびStripeが保持します。App StoreまたはGoogle Playでの購入の記録は、AppleまたはGoogleがそれぞれの規約に基づき保持します。
- 匿名化したスワップの記録およびレビュー：他のユーザーの履歴に関わる場合、お名前やプロフィールを除いた形で保持することがあります。
- アップロードしたファイル（写真、動画、添付ファイル）は、記録の削除後も当社のストレージおよびコンテンツ配信ネットワーク上に残る場合があります。privacy@worxwap.com までご連絡いただければ消去します。
- 公開コンテンツ（案件、プロフィール、ショート動画、レビュー）の翻訳は、どのアカウントとも結びつけずに原文の識別値に対応づけて保存され、90日間利用されなかった場合に削除されます。
- AI翻訳を行うAnthropicは、受け取った情報を安全監視のために最長30日間保持した後、削除します。
